Notice of Address for Qualified Written Requests

Bear State Bank has designated the following address for receiving Qualified Written Requests on consumer mortgage loans.

A Qualified Written Request is written correspondence to the Bank requesting information relating to the servicing of your consumer mortgage loan or a notice of possible error on your loan account. Bear State Bank has assigned a specific address for these types of requests/notices to better service your mortgage loan.

To make a Qualified Written Request to Bear State Bank, please:
  • Make the request in writing.
  • Provide your name and account number so we may identify the mortgage the request is for.
  • State the information you are requesting or the error you believe has occurred regarding your mortgage loan.
  • Send the written request to: PO Box 550, Harrison AR 72602-0550 – Attn: Loan Servicing.

Credit Bureau Direct Dispute

Bear State Bank has designated the following address for receiving a Credit Bureau Direct Dispute.

A Credit Bureau Direct Dispute is written correspondence to the Bank of a possible error on your loan account. Bear State Bank has assigned a specific address for these types of notices to better service your loan.

To make a Credit Bureau Direct Dispute to Bear State Bank, please:
  • Make the dispute in writing.
  • Provide your name, address, telephone number and account number so we may identify the loan the dispute is for.
  • The specific information that is being disputed and an explanation of the basis for the dispute.
  • All supporting documentation or other information to substantiate the basis of the dispute. This documentation may include, for example: a copy of the relevant portion of the consumer report that contains the allegedly inaccurate information; a police report; a fraud or identity theft affidavit; a court order; or account statements.
