Account Analysis helps you organize your finances on a month-to-month basis. Use it to verify the volume of your transactions, project volume trends and determine whether or not you need additional bank services.
It's also a handy way to avoid any extra fees.
Here's how it works: Instead of "hard-charging" your accounts and debiting you for services throughout the month, a running total of "soft charges" is kept. At the end of the month, you'll receive an earnings credit on the average available balance on the account. No fees are deducted that month if the amount of your earnings credit is greater than the soft-charge total.
Focus on the basics
What’s more basic in business than making and receiving payments? Simplify your cash flow with Bear State’s Automated Clearing House (ACH) Services.
What is ACH? – ACH is an electronic network for financial transactions in the United States. By processing large volumes of both credit and debit transactions in batches, ACH improves cash flow for U.S. companies and creates more efficient payment transactions than other payment methods, such as wire transfers. Rules and regulations governing the ACH network are established by NACHA – The Electronics Payments Association and the Federal Reserve.
Direct Deposit – With direct deposit, you can easily manage recurring payments like your employee payroll, expense reimbursements and payments for pensions, dividends or other benefits. More efficient payment transactions improve your relationships with your payees, while reducing the time and money associated with processing paper payments.
Consumer Debits – Collect recurring bills in a timely, efficient and paperless manner with ACH’s electronic payment options. Eliminating paper checks and deposit slips minimizes storage and security issues, protects against check fraud and reduces internal processing costs associated with paper intensive operations.
Trade Payments – Using Standard Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) format, you can pay your trade partners for their goods and services. With included payment information, like invoice number, payment date and discount amounts, you’ll be able to significantly improve the quality and efficiency of your record-keeping process.
Cash Concentration or Disbursement – If your company operates at multiple locations or needs more accessible cash for investments or debt reduction, ACH allows you to electronically consolidate or disburse funds between accounts in various locations.
Wire Transfers - When the need for immediate transfer of funds arises, trust in Bear State’s wire transfer service. Payments sent or received by your company are processed on the same day they are made. All you need to do is fill out a wire form – available both in our office and through our Treasury Management Solutions tool!
