Branch Coordinator

This position is responsible for the overall leadership and management of a retail branch location.  Supervises daily operations, develops a team spirit among personnel by instilling pride and value in the branch system and support’s the bank’s brand through sales and exceptional service to customers. Other duties as may be assigned. This position will be located at Nixa Main in Nixa, Missouri.

 

Minimum Requirements to include Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED);   previous experience as a Customer Advocate (aka Teller) where operational procedures were required. Knowledge of new accounts, specific products, operational procedures, etc.  At least two (2) years previous experience as a Lead Customer Advocate (aka Lead Teller), assistant manager or equivalent experience in a leadership role is required to perform supervisory duties of the position.

 


Lending Specialist

This position is responsible for consistently supporting their assigned Loan Officers; performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties related to the support of loan portfolio management, including, counseling with customers, closing of new and renewed loans, non-serious collections, follow up of documentation receipt and lender loan exception report maintenance.  Other duties may be assigned as necessary.  Hours of work may vary between locations; the hiring manager will be able to share that information with you. This position will be located at Little Rock Highland in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Minimum Requirements to include Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); an associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field from a college or technical school is preferred; and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.  A minimum of one (1) year of proven successful experience in a Loan Department of a financial institution or related field is required.  Must have advanced experience, knowledge, and training in all state and federal banking laws and regulations.

 


Central Operations Specialist

This position is responsible for assisting in multiple areas within the Central Operations department, including but not limited to, reviewing and tracking exceptions for deposit files and maintenance activity; assisting with physical security and branch audit activities; data and information tracking for facilities and vendors. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.  This position will be in the Central Operations department and can be located in the following areas, Jonesboro, Springdale, Mena, and Harrison, Arkansas and in Springfield, Missouri.

Loan Quality Control Specialist

This position is responsible for reviewing mortgage, consumer, and commercial loan files for the Bank. Enters, edits, and removes exceptions as necessary in the tracking system.  Completes follow up procedures for missing documents.  Provides guidance and support to officers and Lending Specialists when questions arise regarding exceptions and requirements. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.  This position will be in the Lending Services department located at Jonesboro Main, in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

IP & Wire Specialist

This position is responsible for item processing and wire-related functions within the Deposit Operations area of the bank.  The primary responsibility is to be internally-focused, assisting the branches with item processing to close out the business day.  Providing exceptional service to team members, along with a strong knowledge in basic computer skills.  The position will also be focused on outgoing and incoming wire transmission, both domestic and international, including the processing, verification, and uploading of information.  The hours of work will generally be from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This positon is located at Harrison Northtown in Harrison, Arkansas.

Minimum Requirements to include Education and/or Experience

High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc.,  plus 3 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 


iTM Specialist (2)

This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and team members via our Interactive Teller Machines (iTM).   Responds to routine and complex customer inquiries and processes through a variety of communication channels.  Assists customers with use of interactive Teller Machines, providing education on their use and ensuring an elevated comfort level.  Hours of work could range from 8:00 a.m. thru 8:00 p.m.  This position will be located at Harrison Northtown in Harrison, Arkansas.

HR Generalist & Recruiting Specialist

This position is responsible for human resource generalist duties with an emphasis in leading and creating a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position, to include employment tracking.  Assist with educating team members and supervisors regarding hiring policies and procedures, candidate pre-screen and interview as requested, creating reports, assist in the administration of the HRIS, online education, Workers Compensation, FMLA, and assist with NMLS Administration.   Other duties may be assigned as necessary.  The location of the position is preferably Little Rock, Arkansas but other locations could be considered.
