The Customer Advocate is responsible for performing routine branch and customer service duties. These duties include accepting checking and savings deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments, cashing checks, money order and cashier check sales, as well as maintain strict compliance controls at all times. This position promotes business for Bear State Bank by providing excellent customer service, cross-selling Bear State Bank's products and referring customers to the appropriate team member for new services.
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with opening depository accounts, cross selling additional bank services and/or performing file maintenance on accounts is highly preferred.
